Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Product Instructions
Uncooked: For food safety and quality, must be cooked to internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary. Stove: 1. In cold skillet, add thawed links and 1/2 cup water. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning links halfway through cooking. 2. To brown, remove cover after 15 minutes and continue cooking, turning links occasionally, until desired color is achieved. Grill: Preheat gas grill to medium. Grill links 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Turn links occasionally, using tongs to prevent puncturing.
Storage Instructions
Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
