Baking Instructions: Quick Method (2-4 hours): 1. Pick your pan and configuration: 11x17 baking sheet (24 rolls) config; 4 x 5. 9x13 baking pan (18 rolls) config; 3 x 4. 9x9 baking pan (12 rolls) config; 3 x 3. 2. Lightly coat pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place rolls on pan in the configuration for the desired quantity. 3. Cover with plastic wrap or large bag. Let stand at room temperature 2 to 4 hours, until the rolls have doubled in size. 4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap and place pan on middle rack, bake 14 to 18 minutes.

The next morning, remove pan from refrigerator. Do not remove plastic wrap. Allow the rolls to reach room temperature and continue to rise (approximately 1 to 2 hours). 4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. remove plastic wrap and place pan on middle rack, bake 14 to 18 minutes.
